C.P. Bourg Booklet Making Solutions
The C.P. Bourg BM-e Booklet Maker is a user-friendly system designed to produce high-quality saddle-stitched, top-stitched, or corner-stitched booklet applications. Built to handle heavy production environments, whether inline with a Canon varioPRINT 6000 inline printer or with a C.P. Bourg BSF Sheet Feeder. It can handle a large range of formats up to 370 x 600 mm (14.57 x 23.62 in.) and has a maximum rated speed of 5,000 booklets per hour*. The BM-e also offers a wide selection of configurations, which allow it to bleed/trim, crease, cut, fold, and/or perforate any job. These features enable 2-up/4-up job processing via ergonomic touchscreen, barcode reading systems, automatically adjusting to pre-saved jobs or JDF/JMF workflows.

The C.P. Bourg BB3002 Perfect Binder is a user-friendly system designed to produce high-quality bound books with EVA or PUR glue. Built to handle heavy production environments, whether inline with a Canon varioPRINT 6000 TITAN printer, a BSF Sheet Feeder, or a BBL Book Loader. It can handle a large range of formats up to 385 x 750 mm (15.15 x 29.52 in.) and has a maximum rated speed of up to 650 cycles per hour (Operator dependent). The BB3002 also offers a wide selection of configurations, which allow it to bleed/trim, crease, cut, fold, and/or perforate any job. These features enable 2-up/4-up job processing via ergonomic touchscreen, barcode reading systems, automatically adjusting to pre-saved jobs or JDF/JMF workflows.

The C.P. Bourg BPS Perfect Stacker is a unique solution enabling the preparation of each sheet in a single pass to provide perfectly finished stacks. Popular applications include book blocks of the desired size/format, ready to be transferred to a perfect binder. Thus, it helps to eliminate the manual operation of cutting these blocks. The cut and the stack features support high precision*, enabling the production of high-quality perfect bound books. Built to handle heavy production environments, whether inline with a Canon varioPRINT 6000 TITAN printer or a C.P. Bourg BSF Sheet Feeder. The BPS may be combined with perfect binding or booklet making configurations. These features enable 2-up/4-up job processing via ergonomic touchscreen, barcode reading systems, automatically adjusting to pre-saved jobs or JDF/JMF workflows.
