Firmware Notice: Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E7A: Firmware Version 1.4.0
Firmware Version 1.4.0 incorporates the following improvement:
Support has been added for the EOS R.
Please note that an interface cable sold separately is required in order to update the WFT-E7 to Firmware Version 1.2.0 or later.
Connection Requirements
In order to connect the Canon WFT-E7 with the Canon EOS R the following items are needed: |

Support
If your Wireless File Transmitter's firmware is already version 1.4.0 or later, it is not necessary to update the firmware. When updating your Wireless Transmitter's firmware, please review the instructions thoroughly before you update the firmware.
Download Firmware Version 1.4.0 for the Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E7A.
