Firmware Version 1.3.0 incorporates the following enhancement:

Firmware Version 1.3.0 adds full function support for the 7 models of EF cinema lenses and 6 models of EF lenses listed below when used with the EOS C70.

Note: When this mount adapter is attached to the above lenses, the amount of peripheral light may decrease significantly.

Caution:
- Firmware version 1.3.0 is the updated firmware version for mount adapter EF-EOS R 0.71x version 1.2.0. If the mount adapter's firmware is already version 1.3.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware. You can check the firmware version of the mount adapter from the camera menu. Refer to the camera instruction manual for how to check the version. Once the camera is updated to the latest version, it cannot be restored to the previous version.
- Please prepare a memory card supported by the camera. Please see the camera's instruction manual for details on which memory cards are supported by each camera model.
- It is also necessary to update the firmware of the camera body of the EOS C70.
