Enterprise CPS includes standard benefits such as priority telephone support , repair processing, and repair discounts, as well as special benefits such as on-site equipment maintenance.
To better service your Enterprise needs, our team will ask you to provide information about your business and your equipment. To provide a recommendation, they will evaluate any special business requirements and your typical number of repairs and maintenance required annually.

Enterprise CPS benefits are available to medium and large sized organizations that own large quantities of Canon imaging products. Enrollment is limited to those companies located within the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. Benefits under the Program are only available within these geographic locations. All applicants are subject to Canon’s approval in its sole discretion. COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF CAMERA/LENS SERVICE OR REPAIR ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM
Each account should be assigned one admin, but there is no limit to how many additional members can be included. Each member will receive their own unique Enterprise CPS number under the main account. All repairs and/or maintenance sent in by the admin and/or additional members will be applied towards your annual member benefits
CPS Enterprise Introductory Membership Welcome Kits are generally shipped within 7-10 business days from the date payment is received. If you do not receive a Welcome Kit within that timeframe, contact Canon_Enterprise_CPS@cusa.canon.com or call Enterprise CPS at 1-855-207-3277.
Changes to your membership level can be made at the time of the annual renewal.
Unless otherwise noted, your membership term is one year from the date you sign the Terms and Conditions and pay the membership fee (if applicable), and will automatically renew annually thereafter (if applicable). If your membership is not setup for auto-renew and you renew prior to the end of your current membership, then the new term will be one year from the expiration date of your current membership term.

If a CMS is not included in your Enterprise CPS membership, or the number of days needed to fulfill all of your equipment exceeds your allotted amount, a quote will be provided.

There is no grace period. Your membership expires on the expiration date listed on your Enterprise CPS member card and in the Terms and Conditions of your Agreement. Once your membership expires, you will not be entitled to any of the benefits under the Enterprise CPS program.
Our Enterprise CPS Agreements are evergreen unless otherwise noted and will renew automatically each year on the date of expiration. An invoice will be emailed to you at least 30 days prior to your agreement expiration date. If payment is not submitted before your annual automatic renewal time, your Agreement will be terminated and you will not be entitled to any of the benefits under the Enterprise CPS program.
Once your payment is received for renewal, you will receive Pro Rush Repair shipping labels, and Enterprise CPS Pro Rush Service forms. In Canon's continuing efforts to reduce its environmental impact and pursue its environmental vision, Enterprise CPS will no longer send a new membership card with each renewal. Enterprise CPS membership cards no longer indicate an expiration date and should be retained for the duration of your involvement in the Enterprise CPS program.
You and your account members will no longer receive Enterprise CPS Member benefits. If you would like to sign up for a new membership, contact Canon_Enterprise_CPS@cusa.canon.com or call Enterprise CPS at 1-855-207-3277.
