(Optional) My Image Garden is a handy software application that allows you to simply organise and print your photos. Use your photos to create attractive collages, greeting cards and other items. Depending on the models you use, you can perform scanning from My Image Garden. A full user guide for My Image Garden is available for download via our user guide section of this website.

How to Download and Install
Download / Installation Procedures 
1. Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings. 
2. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically.

Uninstall Procedures
If needed, you can uninstall this program using the Control Panel.
Note :
The steps below are for Windows 7. This procedure may be different for other OSes. 
1. On the Start menu, click Control Panel, and then, under Programs click Uninstall a Program
2. A page will open with a list of installed programs. Double click on the program that you want to uninstall. 
3. Click "Yes" then "OK", this will complete the uninstallation process.

-The problem has been rectified where the color hue of a photo is not printed properly when the color space is specified to Adobe RGB in the Exif information of that photo image data.
-The following update has been made for the PRO-1 (firmware v2.000 or later):
The margin for Fine Art Papers has been reduced to 30 mm from 35 mm.
To enable the above update, the latest printer driver must be installed.

Caution
1.It might take to install My Image Garden depending on the PC.

2.When you download and print images from [Online Photo Album] of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY as the [Select Theme] window of My Image Garden is displayed, the [Printer Setting] window is not displayed, and the downloaded images are not displayed in the main window either.

SOLUTION:
- The downloaded images are stored under [My Pictures] – [My Image Garden]. Specify the downloaded
images from the menu on the left of the window (Global Menu).

3.When both of My Image Garden and Easy-PhotoPrint EX are installed in the PC.
If you uninstall Easy-PhotoPrint EX, you might not be able to print images from [Online Photo Album] of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY.

SOLUTION:
- Re-install My Image Garden.

4.When photo printing is performed in Windows Vista SP1 environment, 
the vertical lines may appear in some sections of the print result.

SOLUTION:
Upgrade the service pack of Windows Vista with SP2 from SP1.
