Speed up your workflows by customizing the Quick Menu to provide ready access to frequently-needed, commonly-used functions. Personal buttons can be created for individual tasks or shared buttons for group access. You can also customize the Quick Menu screens itself, designating the number of buttons, order of display, wallpaper design, and more.

Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices offer several ways to send and store scanned documents. Easily store the files to your PC, a USB reader, Advanced Box folders, and mailboxes. You can also send them to fax and email addresses, as well as other places on your network.

With Canon solutions, improved productivity and personalization can be simple. To further personalize the imageRUNNER ADVANCE system and enhance the user experience, you can add your own Main Menu background image — customized with your company’s logo and brand colors, for example.
