With Canon’s Office Open XML professionals can use their Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices to quickly convert stacks of hard-copy pages into electronic document files. Documents can be converted into editable, searchable MS Word* and PowerPoint documents, then sent directly back to the user’s networked computer to be repurposed.

PDF/XPS allows you to create searchable PDF and XPS files from your hard-copy documents. Users can even search groups of documents. Files can be forwarded for additional processing or archived in your document management system. Now, specific information in your documents can be located, edited, and repurposed quickly and easily.
