Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE Tracker helps you monitor, influence, and reduce wasteful behavior on imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices. The application displays popup messages on the user interface to remind users of their output totals. It also allows you to monitor individual and group output activity through a web-based application.

You can use the Access Management System (AMS) to grant or deny privileges based on a user’s role. Facilitate compliance with company policies by discouraging access to wasteful print options, and encouraging more efficient ones such as duplex, black-and-white, and x-up printing. Similar, but more comprehensive functionality is also available through uniFLOW.

With the Driver Configuration tool you can require that everyone prints in a cost effective and environmentally friendly way. Set defaults so that users can only print with options that comply with company green policies, such as duplex or black-and-white.

imageRUNNER ADVANCE Essentials Desktop enables users to drag and drop document files to a device icon to send faxes quickly and easily. Incoming faxes can be converted to a digital format and routed to email or on device storage, saving paper and print costs.

With imageRUNNER ADVANCE Essentials Desktop, users can create, edit, and carefully preview a document before printing it. This can eliminate the need to output a job several times to get the right result.
