  • AA-PROX uses proximity card to log-in the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series. It eliminates the tedious keyboard typing for user authentication at MFP and helps increase both security and productivity.
  • It has been designed to seemlessly integrate with a wide variety of proximity card-based ID badge systems in use today. Users can use their current ID-badge to log-in at imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices.
  • For the user authentication, AA-PROX supports Active Directory and Local Device user account database.
  • Setup is very simple. Card registration can be done by each card holder at the device when they use the system for the first time. IT Administrators do not need to worry about marrying each card information with the existing AD user account information.
  • The AA-PROX solution integrates perfectly with the Access Management System on imageRUNNER ADVANCE models. The system can be configured to restrict access to only authorized users or secure certain functions and features of the system according to users account permissions.
  • Achieve complete usage tracking and help control copy/print costs using AA-PROX solution together with imageRUNNER ADVANCE Tracker. At the touch of a button, users can see their print activities in real time, while administrators can review the usage reports per user to help manage the copy/print costs enterprise-wide.
  • Once logged in with the wave of a card, users can enjoy many of the personalized features provided by imageRUNNER ADVANCE models such as Quick Menu Personal buttons, and Workflow Composer one-touch buttons. Personalization features help simplify the work processes and enhance the productivities.
