ZoomBrowser / ImageBrowser

ZoomBrowser EX for Windows / ImageBrowser EX for Mac are software programs for managing images shot using a digital camera, it also enables you to take full advantage of your camera's built-in functions. Not only does ZoomBrowser EX provide a simple straightforward procedure for everything from downloading, organizing and editing images through to printing your images or sending them as e-mail attachments, it also offers a range of features specifically designed to combine with and make the most of your camera's functions. Some of these features are RAW image processing, panorama image composition, and a remote shooting function that lets you control the camera from your PC. ZoomBrowser EX gives you additional power when you use it together with the following programs. (You can start these programs from within ZoomBrowser EX.)

With PhotoRecord:
  • You can use this program to create and print beautiful layouts consisting of multiple images.
  • You can select frames and backgrounds with a variety of designs.
  • You can add text to images or pages.
  • You can create original image albums.

With PhotoStitch:
  • You can stitch multiple images (which were split and shot individually using functions like the camera’s Stitch Assist mode) together to form a single, large size, panoramic picture.
  • You can stitch images horizontally or vertically.
  • If you shoot the surroundings in 360 degrees, you can later stitch the images to form a 360-degree cylinder. By saving this stitched image in QuickTime VR format, you can then get a virtual view of the various parts of the image.

To update to the latest version of the ZoomBrowser/ImageBrowser software for your particular camera please follow these steps:
  1. Visit the Support & Drivers menu
  2. Navigate to your Camera model
  3. Click the Drivers & Software link next to the image or select that tab from the product detail page
  4. After the Drivers & Software page loads select your operating system and you should see the latest version of your software
