"The service was outstanding! I could not believe that we had our camera back within a few days. We use our Canon cameras for school photography. We've had EOS 40D cameras since 2009, which provided years of great photos and reliability. Recently upgraded to the EOS 60D cameras and love them just as much! "I truly would not have expected to get a tech so knowledgeable. Above and beyond is the only thing I can say. And talk about patience! Yes I would recommend this product just simply for that kind of technical support, and I love my all in one - hey I'm pushin' 60 and I need equipment that is easier to understand and when I cannot, I really need tech support that is able to walk me through it.
