Further enhancing the utility of MF9220Cdn Series is an innovative 3.5-inch color panel with Easy-Scroll Wheel that provides effortless control over projects through a user-friendly menu and two USB ports to facilitate scanning documents directly to a USB drive.
No Support for Apple OS X
Not very professional to offer a product and then not keep your drivers updated for the most current operating systems. I think its time to throw this away and get a real professional piece of equipment.

There is no shortcut for printing or scanning - you must navigate a click through menu every time. The printer reports that it is out of ink and refuses to print until you buy more toner from them while the existing cartridges are still half full - you can even take them out and shake them and hear the ink sloshing around. One year into ownership this is beginning to break - the plastic little mechanisms on the inside where you slide in the toner cartridges wear out. Not recommended
